Return Policy
Returns can only be made on damaged or defective goods goods within 10 days of receipt. Variations in dye lots and printing can occur, along with the odd slip up or smudge. We do not consider these to be flaws or imperfections, they are the natural charactistics of hand printed textiles.
Products must be in the same condition as received, unused and must not have been washed or cleaned in any way
and must be returned in the original packaging.
Please note dye lots and print saturations can vary. If you require a specific match please request a swatch for approval. Returns can not be made based on dye lots or print variation.
Returns which do not fall into the above criteria will be sent back.
Please contact us to receive an RA# prior to returning your order.
Failure to do so will result in a non-refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Choosing a carrier which charges a brokerage fee, duties or taxes for goods coming into Canada from the US, will result in this amount being deducted from your refund.

Wholesale accounts
All opening orders for new stocking dealer accounts require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations cannot be made once orders are confirmed and deposits are received.
